Sounds like a load of shit to me.
AXL ROSE is considering chopping off his distinctive long red hair, because he is sick of being recognised in the street.
Although he has been out of the limelight for years, and always goes out in disguise, the GUNS N' ROSES frontman is stunned he is still spotted by fans.
Rose says, "I'll be in a cab and some guy driving a dump truck will go, 'Hey Axl.' "How do they know it's me?"

Must be bullshit, Axl's hair isn't long and red anymore, it's dyed blonde and in cornrows. Obviously a fabrication.

This is from a seperate article from last month - but it's totally taken out of context, Axl never suggested he would cut off his hair.

This is what Axl said onstage at one of the NY shows. He never said he's cutting his hair. He said it was amazing that how in NY, even with a hat and glasses on, people still recognize him.

I don't beleive this, he may very well be thinking of cutting his hair, but this "journalist" or whatever has just made this up from the statement Axl made in New York referring to the fans recognizing him.....I've never heard of him regularly going out in disguise....this is a guy starting some rumour......whatever......

I was at the nyc show on the 15th when he said that and axl was just stating how the people of new york could spot him, i dont believe he will ever cut his hair, i do wish hed try a style different from the braids even though i guess im getting use to them by now

lol this is stupid! I don?t even know if he still has the red hair he used to be... I think it?s all extensions anyway... for me he can do whatever he wants with his hair, I think nothing can be worst than the dreadlocks anyway...
