Did Axl stop the show cuz someone from the audience had a camera or was it because someone had a knife? I always thought it was a camera, but in his limo interview with Loder he says it was a knife.

You know, I thought back to that incident last week, and in my head was comparing it to the current Axl/GnR.

I seem to remember it was because the guy was recording the concert, but that after Axl leaped in, a knife was pulled.

But anyhow, my thought was how we are getting so many camera pics/audio recordings/video clips from the current concerts, I am a bit surprised that Axl hasn't been pissed about it. ?There were a few pictures where you can see from the crowd in the shot, that there are MULTIPLE picture phones being held up and taking pics during the concert.

Then I thought, "you know, this is a great marketing campaign for the band, to allow pics/recordings to leak out into the public and help drive some additional publicity for the band. ?I think Axl is not only allowing pics, but even implicitly ENCOURAGING it! ?It certainly is increasing the groundswell for the bands new World Invasion! ?Smiley

You should read the interview Axl did about the incident. It's in the article section of this board. http://www.heretodaygonetohell.com/articles/showarticle.php?articleid=75 If the link doesn't work, the title of the article is ' there is a riot going on'.
