The shape that Axl is in

  You know, it clearly seems to me that Axl could not only afford to loose a few pounds, but could also benefit from hitting the gym a little bit.  I know he is older now and all, but with today's technology and all, he could definitley been slimer and in much better cardiovascular shape.  Since he isn't in as good shape as he obviously could be, I really wonder how serious he is taking this comeback.  Thoughts?  Opinions? Don't get me wrong, I love him and thought he was great at Hammerstein.

Axl is what I like to call "corn fed"... nice and healthy with just a little more meat on his bones.  Just like I like 'em!!

the thing is he has not been on a FULL world tour yet like he used to in the old days. think about, in the old days he would run up and down the stage for a couple hours straight almost every night for years, that would get anybody into great cardiovascular shape. since he hasn't been doing it he's bound to get back outta shape, i'm not saying he's fat, cause i dont think he is, he's just not into the same cardiovascular shape he used to be in.

A good source has said in the past that he works out around 4 hours, a day, several times a week.
I would have to say Axl is in the best shape of his life!! Not many 44 year old guys can say that.

Do me a favor guys and don't criticize me for starting a fucking thread.  I think he looks good, but could simply be in better shape.  A world tour with large stages is no easy task whatsoever.  Not to mention that his voice will directly benefit from good cardiovascular conditioning.
