I don't know why, but i get the feeling he's playing it ...
It's difficult to know ... it's just a feeling ... but it would be great ...

Anyone knows something about that?

No because I think the other leaks were intentional, but Catcher wasn't, and may not even be on CD, so I doubt he;s going to play it.

That song needs to be added to the set list and definitely needs to be on CD.? It's one of the best of the new tracks.? I'd rather hear that than both I.R.S. & TWAT.

do you think they will put that song in the "Capter 27" movie about Mark David Chapman? I know they are editing it now and are almost done. but I am not sure if they have the music for it yet.

I think TWAT is a better live song than Catcher. TWAT was amazing live on 5/12!

Catcher would be sweet with Axl playing the piano on it live.  This is kind of off topic but it would be amazing for a bootleg cd to emerge of just Axl and the piano playing demos of the songs from CD.  I have a bootleg of John Lennon doing just that and it's amazing.  Even Axl and just an acoustic guitar would be cool.

when i first heard the song i just automatically thought that it was Axl playing the piano kinda like on November rain or something i don't know i just had a mental image as well thinking that it really was Axl playing. Guess we won't know for sure until he plays it live

what? Your playing the piano on catcher in the rye?
Hows that possible.. lol i think you meant your playing catcher on the piano

anyways, I wonder how the new gnr band would do this song live,
cause its only 1 guitar is needed, so would the other guys take a breather i.e Robin/ron whilst richard is playing it (cant see any other guitarist playing this song from this lineup)

kinda off topic, but who would you want the solo to be played by?
Ron Richard or Robin?

wouldn't matter to me, they are all talented to write awesome solos, but since finck is my favourite I guess i say robin

I've been listening to the demo a lot lately, still find it great and the one to have the biggest "OMG! if this is only a demo, what will the final version will sound like? thing going on.

Huge potential, could really be one of the best songs in the world.

I just hope it to be on CD nervous

Guess we'll know soon..

Also, I think Axl does play the piano  Smiley

I love this song, and I'm like you Rockin' Rose, I wonder how the final version will sound since the demo is already so great. I don't have an ear for the piano, but I was really impressed by the guitar. It reminded me of Brian May right away and it seems that he was involved in the creation of this song  Cheesy
