Hmm, I am told I need to install a mozilla ActiveX plugin - when I click on the link to install I get a message on my browser saying "software installation is currently disabled - click edit options to enable it and try again". I tried doing that but not sure what I'm supposed to enable. Anyone else getting this?
Are you using Firefox? If so a yellow bar will appear right below the location bar, with an "Edit Options" button. You have to click the button and allow extensions to be installed from that site. Hmm, I see the button saying "warn me when a site tries to install extensiosn or themes" but unchecking that doesn't seem to help - what tab do i go to to allow extensions? After you click the "Edit Options" button on the yellow bar you have to "Allow" the website to be used for extensions. See the screenshot:  (It says "Permitir" on mine which is Portuguese, it will probably be Allow in the English version) |
