Merck Mercuriadis has checked in with us again to update us on Guns' tour.
He says Axl and co. had fun yesterday in Lisbon, despite there being a few problems. He tells us;
"Overall it was an amazing night and an amazing crowd but we had problems with the band's monitor desk blowing up and there were many times that they could not hear. Axl had a muscle spasm probably caused by the slippery stage wings that slowed him down and gave him a lot of pain and he is working with a specialist in Milan to get through it. It was a really fun show and could have been worse all things considered and we're lucky we didn't cock it up any worse than we did."

Why is nothing easy with this band....... there is always something!
This was the one occassion that we could have had a decent High Definition Bootleg of an entire concert... and the bloody monitor desk blows up and we get a shit feed. So annoying!

all things considered the band seemed to have a good time last night and i guess, all things considered if they didn't have problems with the sound then, all things considered we would have a pretty good recording too. all things considered, maybe i'm merck... or perhaps slash... or a combination of both, because slash is the only person in the world to have ever used this phrase.... ever ? |
