I'm hoping that Thal's "Don't Cry" solo was in some way a feeler for how a modern audience might react to a different Illusions tune, thus setting up its inclusion in a future setlist.

With nothing concrete to go on, my guess is that they're just playing the songs they think most people want to hear right now. Not die hard fans, but most people. I'm not saying that's by any means a fact, it's strictly a guess.
When the tour gets underway in the States I'm hoping they'll be stretching into the back catalog further and further.
