Axl was tip-top tonight. He was doing things with his voice that he never user to do back then and it sounded great.
Notes sounded clean, strong. Used his voice well.
My girlfriend hasn't seen Axl perform for a while, and all she could say was, "wow, he can really sing can't he? What an amazing voice."

then what's up with people talking about a better mix being shown now?
i fucking hate those soundguys, they must be after axl or something. every time he performs at rock in rio (yes, every single time) the sound fucks up and the other artists get away clean.

Over in the Rio thread, a poster named February said that the sound there was amazing, so apparently the mix on AOL was messed up.
