What is Axl's real name by deed poll? i know he was born William Bruce Rose and grew up William Bailey, but what is official his 'passport name'?

He was born as William Rose. Later his name officially changed to William Bailey, when his step-dad adopted him. Now, he is officially W. Axl Rose, he changed it later when he moved out of Lafayette.  ok
