my shift rota shows that im off for all the dates i wanna go to so i hope the dates that are out there are real.sayin that i hope the whole rumour is real coz the closer these dates get the more convinced i am that this is all bullshit!

I've had an email response from the BIC regarding the 28th July - Looks like it might be happening -

"Our Entertainments dept. are in discussions with the Promoter of Guns 'n' Roses but nothing has been confirmed yet. Keep checking our website for further information."

I recieved an email today from a mate of mine, who told me that gnr are planning on doing a UK tour

.Apparently this hasn't been confirmed yet,

the guy who emailed me has contacts with someone else who knows gnr and has backstage access,so he knows all this.

This is meant to be top secret information.

If it does happen, I can't see it being announced till after Download, as they maybe had an agreement with the promoters of Download.
I imagine GN'R doing a UK tour would impact quite a lot on people still thinking of getting a ticket for the festival.

Yeah, I'm not holding my breath for any official announcement until after the Download festival, but it's looks like it's going to happen (hope, hope). Especially if news that they are playing Spain on 12-15 July are true!

I'm on the priority mailing list for Newcastle Arena (huge fan base up here, you can spot loads of GnR t-shirts on any one day in the City Centre), as soon as I get an e-mail confirming when ticket sales start I'll mail it here.
