We were just going to tell you about the aftermath of the Tommy Hilfiger punch up with Axl Rose, but instead we have some inside gossip - mere speculation but intriguing nonetheless.

Apparently the Guns n' Roses' Madrid show that was supposed to take place this coming Sunday, has been brought forward and now Axl has gone AWOL. We nor anyone else we know, knows where he is and whether the tour will continue as planned.

Glad I saw him perform twice in NYC at Hammerstein peace


Everyone thinks they know what goes on in the world of Axl Rose.  That is why I don't even put too much faith into the NY Post which is a GOSSIP site as well.  Everyone assumes Axl is dating this chick Diane O'Conner and she could just be a friend.  Axl told his side of the story on that LA radio station and said that he moved Tommy Hillfaggot's girlfriend's drink and I bet the NY Post just twisted the story around as well.

I find this all very amusing.

Someone at Hammerstein made a good point.....Axl Rose can do nothing in 5 years or more, cancel tours....or have his tours cancelled....and people still line up to see him or read whatever they can about him whether is truth or bullshit rofl

AWOL means Absent With Out Leave.

It's really a military term, when a soldier leaves without permission.  But it's often used in the context of someone being "missing"...not missing in the sense that they've been taken, or whatever, but missing in the sense that no one seems to be able to track them down.

While this story is likely BS, its is interesting to see how ANY rumors/speculation surrounding guns and/or Axl is becoming print worthy.  Thats how it was back in the day - GNR couldn't fart in public without something reporting on the smell.

This is Guns year....US tour starts late sept and should end on New Years Eve in Times Square!
