People saw the setlist before the show and it had Rhiad (but the song was on the setlist in the NY gigs too).

i don't expect them to at all, i'm thrilled with what we have, but the chances of it happening there are definately bigger than at the warm-up shows, seeing as axl loves rock in rio and it's a televised and massive festival...

I didnt know that, Shit. I wish they would play it I love that song. Its so power Metal without the big double kickers. Anyone know what the set has been so far?

No, did you really read? It says it was on the setlist.. Later, they even said Rhiad wasn't played.

And the setlist is the one they saw before the show.
