KOHD is almost completly like the old version. It sounds so much better that way especially the last bit if your at a concert.

Man i get so sick of all of these people saying bad shit about this concert.  Everything i have seen so far has all been proof that the concert fucking rocked.  I can't imagine what axl goes through on a daily basis.  You would have to be a position where you really didn't give a fuck about what people thought.  The new guns n' roses rocks!  That's all.

I totally agree. In KOHD Axl sounded incredibly well.

The entire crowd was singing along to that one, so to hell with the press saying people fell asleep when this song was played.

Now that I've read so many reviews from the Madrid show (press reviews) They are all exactly alike. Seems like the first review has been "used" by all the newspapers / TVs here. I've just read the MTV Spain review and it's exactly the same as the one posted last night (El pais). This is very worrying cause were are talking about the same comments about the songs (the first three rocked, then after KOHD people fell asleep...).

Fuck the press. They have no idea. I may be a bit biased, but I talked to my girlfriend and a few friends who attended the concert as well. They are not "fans" and they fucking enjoyed the show. Even my girlfriend who doesn't really like Hard rock, said she had an amazing time.? Another friend was still a bit pissed off because the band hit the stage so late, but he was screaming his loans out with SCOM, KOHD and Paradise City...he was even playing air guitar along with Robin Fink at the end...

You can't messure the quality of a show just by reading a few negative reviews by the press. People should judge a concert by the reactions of the crowd. The crowd is much more qualified to give a review than the press. And by looking at the reaction from the crowd, the show FUCKING ROCKED!

a Fucking men, from what i heard from the show, and the pics, and vids, I agree 1000%, the fans are the ones that matter, not somejerkoff, writter, who was pissed cause he had to stay up late. GETT A FUCKNG NEW JOB MAN!!!!!!!!

I already posted in Ignatiuse's review, but anyway....The concert in Madrid was perfect!!!.
I was also there and believe us, Axl was just amazing, he gave a hell of a performance. He was as strong (and happy) as ever. I would have just changed a couple of things from the other night: less solos, less new songs (only die hard fans know the new ones) and start a bit earlier (one hour late seems fair ). I went to bed at 3.15 am the other night and had to catch a plane at 6.45am (had to work on friday) so i only slept 1.45 minutes . Anyway, as we say here "sarna con gusto no pica", which more or less means that "scabies with joy don't itch"

Can't wait to see the lisbon feed. I was planning on going to lisbon, but it hasn't been possible. Anyway, GNR are coming to my hometown (bilbao) soon .

And to all those who are talking about Spain whithout even knowing......nothing useful to saY for them. People had a great time at the concert. The press reviews had already been written before the concert like Ignatius said. Damm, a critic from a magazine was besides me and he left midway the show!!!!.
