I think that My band is clearly the right choice
But, if he choose another band, I think that Jet or The Darkness would be cool too...

I think Jet would be good. Buckcherry would be interesting, too. What about newer metal bands like Disturbed?

i know it would never happen but, the new Skid Row would be real cool,
new line ups
new era, it would be sweet.
Skid row isnt good anymore.
But shinedown system of a down audio slave (i like maybe 4 songs but arent that bad) and theres this local band livintrust who are pretty fuckin good too. But i dont care who opens as long as i get to see them SOON!

Hmph. I'm surprised that the thread I started was merged with this one. It wasn't just about who the opening should be, and if you notice, I never even suggested an opening act, myself. Oh well...
But like I've said before, I'd like to see Avenged Sevenfold, the Distillers, the Donnas, or CKY (again) open for GNR at some point.

Foo Fighters or Weezer would be the best choice, but it should probably be an up and coming band. I don't want GN'R to share a headlining spot. Then they wont get as much stage time, I want to see the gunners go at it for like 2 and a half hours.

Are you joking? I had the bad luck of witnessing one of their shows on Friday.
I'd rather shoot myself in the face than have to watch that again.

Foo Fighters would be cool. A good way to "reconciliate" the GN'R and ex-Nirvana camp.

Foo fighters suck...and they are always bashing GnR when they can like at Rock in Rio 2004. I think that Korn Is a good choice to play with GnR...Axl was at their tour party....who knows!
