I was listening to Sirius Radio channel 28 "Faction" and they had a show on with Bam Margera tonight and the first song he introduced was "the new Guns N Roses, track 1, it's all over the internet" and it ended up being "Better".  I was pretty surprised by this, aren't stations supposed to not be playing it anymore?  Is there a legal issue here that could result or what?

It sounded like the same leaked demo to me, I didn't really notice any differences, but I wasn't giving a particularly close listen as I was driving around at the time.

Its Satellite Radio, Im pretty sure they arent governed by the same rules that apply to regular radio with the legalities and crap since its technically not "public" b/c you're paying for it I have heard numerous "live" performances from bands on Sirius that arent on any studio albums and arent recorded in Sirius studios or anything like that...just food for thought.

That's interesting news. ?I can only assume it was the demo. ?Now we'll just have to see if it gets re-played at all - thanks for the heads-up.

They still have to apply to the laws regarding copyright...Axl has to send a cease and desist letter and if they play it again they legal action could result

I have Sirius for the NBA
and XM for everything else

Siruis sucks ass.....if you drive under a tree Sirius drops like a cell phone call

My XM works under fucking tunnels, plus they have Opie and Anthony live and uncensored   peace

In terms of decency, yes, but they can't go playing whatever they want. Those live shows are often recorded at the gig with the intent of being played back later. They do that on a regular basis.

Perhaps Bam was told about the demo by Jess, his brother and drummer of CKY.

That's funny shit. We used to have XM and when my friend picked up Sirius...I got sold. Bye bye XM (Don't miss a thing about it). Maybe if I was into Baseball there would be a reason to have XM. Sirius is infinitely better for music, talk, comedy and sports. The channels are much better. Its really not something that can even be argued anymore. And Opie and Anthony...hahaha. That shit is funny. ITs funny because they really suck badly compared to the King. They are and will always be nothing but a pimple on the Stern Shows ass. Opie and Anthony...how gay...

And I get alerts a crazy amount of time on my S50 about GNR music. They do get played a lot. Just awesome.
