I do definitely agree with the three others. Those 4 are easily 4 of my favourite GN'R songs but they seriously cannot play Coma. That would really piss on Slash's legacy in GN'R and its something I'm totally against.

I forgot where I read this, but there was an article in 02 about Estranged.  I remember in the article Axl said that Estranged would never be played in concert again due to Slash not being in the band. I believe that I read it on this website.

axl said something in the trunk interview about not liking the trilogy videos anymore...i think he plays some of the songs for the fans...november rain he has to play...and i think the new band picked songs that they liked playing "think about you"...etc...but i imagine by the fall we'll be getting less old stuff, the euro tour will be variations on what was played in new york...and when they get back to the us, we'll get a single before the album and some more new songs...thats the best bet i believe

You'll probably never hear nuGNR (or old, if they re-unite) play songs like Coma, Estranged, Breakdown, Civil War (this one you may hear at some point in the future, but also doubtful) or Locomotive. They're just too hard, and even the old band didn't always do a great job with them live.

can I just ask a question to be answered honestly, why does everyone like Coma so much?  Estranged is my all time favorite song by any band, and whenever a "what songs should they play" debate starts, 99% of the people want Coma and Estranged...but why Coma?  I cant get into it.  I think the speaking samples take away from the song, I think a lot of the lyrics arent Axls best and its longer than it needs to be.  Now Im not saying this just to start a fight and I feel like im in the minority here, but if anyone can tell me why they really like Coma that would be great just so maybe I can understand better.   thanks.

Just to confirm: Estranged is an AXL song NOT an Izzy song. It says it right there in the UYI booklet.
Pretty Tied Up would be cool to hear live again but that is an Izzy song.

It would be awesome if it were really live. Axl's vocals were rerecorded and if you listen closely there's no Gilby.

So it's not an excuse. The problem really is the lenght of these songs.. If you play November rain you can't play Estranged or Coma

Thank you alan. Eduardo, think before you type buddy. They're HARD songs to play. Plus the solos in those would be tough to hand to Bumble since he just joined, and I'm not sure Finck or Fortus are quite good enough for them.
