Well, those Canadians on the board know what May 24 stands for right??  The beginning of summer.  Un officially of course!

So, does anyone have any Victoria Day plans in the works?

With traffic being rather crazy, we're (my hubby and I) going to spend a few days up north.  At the family cottage.  Get a nice fire going, sit outside under the stars... you know, that kind of stuff.

Yeah, and it rained yesterday (at least in my part of California) - what's up with that?   Oh well.  Its not like I can afford to drive anywhere with gas being what it is.

I had a nice time at my family's cottage.  I can't believe it's back to work in a couple o' hours though!  It was a goot 24 - weekend... but now I am ready for summer vacation!!

I partied ridiculously hard this weekend.... Collected a few hundred bucks from the casinos only to lose half of it the next night!

I need a few days to recover.
