Foo Fighters announce acoustic tour

The Foo Fighters have announced plans for an acoustic tour in America this summer.

Ex-Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl and the Foos will play acoustic versions of songs from their latest album In Your Honour.

The band will be accompanied by violin, keyboard and percussion as well as ex-Foo Fighter Pat Smear on guitar.

The tour begins on July 11.
