What is the best way to burn these to CD - I want to listen to them when I go on vacation next week. 

I usually burn using Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.  Any help will be appreciated.

check this, here you can find plugins to burn these FLAC files into an audio CDR without having to convert them into WAV
This plugin works with all NERO CD Creator versions
