I think Bumble has stopped using that 'foot' guitar.
Bumble is awesome he holds his guitar into the audience and everyone starts grabbing it.
He plays laying on his back.
He wears a touque now as well. I thought that he looks way better in a toque because he has such a bad hair style. That's just a personal opinion though.

Cool, sounds like he's having fun. People were complaining that he didn't have much of a stage presence, but I'd be kind of reserved as well had I only been in the band for a week and I gotta play all that stuff live for the first time.

Tommy used to get a lot of mention as a spectacular performer (the RIR3 show was the Tommy show in my opinion). Is he still that energetic live?

Pardon all the questions, but it's exciting!!  Smiley

Yeah Tommy plays his heart out but honestly I watch Robin and Axl the most. This is definitely the Axl show now!!
He really is rejuvenated.

For everyone who bitches about the not enough new songs:
when Maddy, the Blues, and IRS are played you can watch everyone going for beers.
When OTGM, and NR and SCOM and the other oldies are played everyone goes nuts and bounces and jumps all around.

Great news! I'm glad Axl's got his "spark" back, maybe that means 2006 will be the year. And I would probably watch Axl and Robin the most too. Axl, Robin and Tommy are the holy trinity of GN'R.
Hopefully people will embrace the new songs a bit more when they've been heard on an official release.

How was he announced?

Axl gave a little speech about how he was going to introduce a friend he grew up with, went skateboarding with, did illegal substances with....Mr Izzy Stradlin. Or something like that. The place went insane.

I go apey with IRS all the time. Grin

But, well, "getting beer while hearing new stuff" is a common behaviour at EVERY concert, so no worries.
