Axl said in the Rolling Stone interview that out of 36 songs, 28 were done.  Why hasn't that number progressed?  We couldn't have recorded anytime during the past 4 months?

[04:27] darknemusfl: A documentary DVD and a performance DVD
[04:27] darknemusfl: filming entirely in Hi-Def
[04:27] darknemusfl: Monday night the one camera guy (Johnathan) was filming band interviews
[04:27] darknemusfl: which is why he wasn't out working the line.
[04:27] darknemusfl: In addition.. the documentary disc is supposed to be all about the journey to this point... and includes footage of recording sessions, supposedly.
[04:28] darknemusfl: The camera guys apparently are really good friends with Finck / Fortus.. which is how they got involved in the project
[04:29] darknemusfl: (If you've seen them, you'll notice they're pretty young guys)
[04:31] darknemusfl: I'm telling you, the key was us walking in 15 mins before everyone else Sunday
[04:31] darknemusfl: The one guy said same day / date as CD.
[04:31] darknemusfl: but the other one figured a bit after the album comes out.
