psh, so you guys can talk about how great Axl looks, but when I mention it you all yell at me Anyway, those are great pics... must've just been a few feet to my right because that looks about like the view I had. And to whoever asked... the venue's tiny. I got in at like 8:30 and with a little effort was able to get up front pretty quick.

I got some question... Who did what on each track? Who played witch solo? Did Axl do anything other than singing and playing piano?
What was Knocking on heavens door like? I read that they played the old fast version on this song, is this true? Did they do the same thing as they use to do back in the use your illusion days were Axl sings the chorus then the crowd sing it and so on?

Was the metal-part in "Better"? (I guess so, because noone mentioned otherwise.) Did it rock live?

Oh, he certainly did. I can't believe how good he sounded -- he actually had power to his voice, and none of the helium sounding shit to hit the high notes. Oh yeah, one more thing -- the rasp is back.

I won't be the first one to say this, and I surely won't be the last, but thank god Axl got rid of those oversize sport jerseys... And I hope he sticks to this new style for future gigs as well.

Robin Finck saved the whole night, NYC shows and maybe even the European Tour when he saved Richard Fortus from getting severely burned!(I can't remember the song but it was when those things first came out--->these things)...Seems like Fortus got distracted for a split second and started walking from right to left in front of Brian's drums when Finck quickly grabbed him from behind and pulled him back to where he came from and into the front of the stage. 5 seconds later this huge set of fire/sparkles came raining now just where RF would've been walking. At the moment Fick just laughed but you could see a sort of "phew!" expression. I don't think many people noticed this and if they did they just saw it as nothing important. Well once again, thank you Robin Finck. hahaha I also touched him when he dove into the crowd Shiryu.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Robin!!!! I think this tour might convert alot of people who didn't fully appreciate him last time round (myself included). Then again there could be alot of people who will still find it hard to like him.....only time will tell. I wonder what Richard said to Robin once they got off stage??
