As long as Axl kicked fuckin ass ? that is all that matters. ?As long as Axl can still sing and perform great ? there is always a chance for a reunion. ? All that is left to do is for axl to drop this Bumblefoot loser and give Slash a call.

Two questions:

- Axl had the goatee right? (I know its a silly question)
- Was Axl's stage manner more athletic than 02?

better was pretty much the same, i think irs was a little different, dont really remember, twat had a longer jam at the end, it ended differently, i believe it ended with axl singing "i would do anything for you" without the backing vocals...the blues didnt have the drums b4 axl started singing, i might be leaving something out, im pretty tired, ill talk more tomorrow.

robin did the SCOM solo..it sounded JUST LIKE 2002....

MADDY---uugghhh...the bridge had no real solo...fortus tried something, but it wasn't melodic or catchy....i really miss what BH did on Maddy...

as a matter of fact, never thought id say this, i miss BH...alot...

but no worries, they sounded awesome for a first show in 4 yrs!!!!

Glad to hear Robin's SCOM mine solo is like '02 cos he pulled it off amazing back then! Shame about the Maddy solo, that was real nice.
How about Robin's solo in 'The Blues'? The same??

And Bumblefoot in my opinion is exactly the same style as buckethead, just not as amazing as buckethead,

and Robin fink looked So different, he went from looking like Maralyn manson to Jesus, he must not have gotten a hair cut or shave since 2002

« Reply #834 on: May 13, 2006, 03:31:42 AM »

Axl spoke about as much as he did in 2002 MSG or any other show in 02....he seemed really happy...he went down to his knees during the outro of nightrain....actually, nightrain was really really good....the outro was awesome...axl was really into it...he left the stage then came back and went down to his knees...

athletic?? hhmm..he was trying to run around, but the stage was about 1/4 the size (if that) of the 91-93 tour....trust me, axl looked good...he had on jeans, a black button down shirt that was opened most of the way down...

he did have his goatee.....its pretty thick, like in recent photos...

he mentioned again his love for nyc, and that he's been here for awhile now (i think this is what he said, it was kinda hard to hear exactly what he was saying)

the blues solo was right on, it was good....the ending little diddy thing worked, no mess ups on those last few note hits

actually...robin was REALLY into it.....Axl n Robin were leaning into each other alot, axl had a special moment with tommy where he was hugging him and talkling into his ear.....

heh, all the Bucket bashers, bet you wish he was still in the band now  hihi from what i have seen and heard of Bumble Foot, he don't come close to Bucket.

Where's the bootleg of Better then, its the song i want to hear  beer

from what i have read, no new songs that have not been heard before were played. Thats really odd. The new material can't be that bad can it?  Grin

also i thought fink and fortis were getting into a fight during this song.. but fink was actually dragging fortis from the back of the stage.. because seconds after a shower of pyro techs came down.. fink was just looking out him...

Can you elaborate on this? Im a little confused but curious.

Both my buddy and I agreed Slash and WEiland can hve each other. Axl doesn't need his old band anymore. It's sad but true.
Was that necessary? Look, the way I see it, we now have two good bands to go and see...
