If this is true, it sounds like Razz has a right to bitch about his mistreatment for doing the right thing. 

With Merck & the "don't ask/don't tell/don't bother with a press release or public statement of any kind" operation for GnR, I doubt we'll ever know ANYTHING for sure about these leaks or stolen cds or what animal Finck killed and attached to his face.
