looks like ticketmaster ASKS for a USA billing adress in order to buy tickets online ?

maybe that's new...i made my account back in 2002 for that tour..and i didn't have any problems. Also the updating went fine.

When i applied for the account i typed in my own zipcode from Holland and the computer reset it to 12345, i guess that's their standard for a non american resident.

You pick up your tickets when you're in NY, and have to bring along the creditcard with which you've payed and your passport to identify yourself.

Just to add to what Nightfall has already said regarding International Will Call, the following excerpt is taken from Ticketmaster's information about delivery options.

"If you order tickets to a U.S. event and you have a billing address that is outside of the United States and Canada, then you may be obligated to use international will call and may have to place your order at least 10 days prior to the event. You must provide an email address, along with a local telephone number where you can be contacted up to the day of the event. Tickets will be held in will call at the venue box office where the event will take place."

Also, as well as your passport and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, you must have with you the confirmation number you get when you order the tickets.
