I'm of the assumption that the tickets are up on eBay out of speculation that the sellers will be able to buy the tickets in order to ship them out.  They don't necessarily have to have the tickets yet.  At least, that's my interpretation of it.

It should help!  I hope it is successful as well.  I think the main reason the list is needed for these two shows is that there are limited tickets 2500-3000.  Most shows have like 20,000-30,000 tickets.
