Am I the only one who thinks that demand will not be as high as some of you are making it out to be? ?The shows are on a Monday and Wednesday night.

Dude, even if you could somehow limit this concert to New Yorkers only, these shows would still sell out. Conversely, if you could limit it to only GNR fans coming from outside of NYC, these shows would still sell out. We know what you're getting at, but with everyone from everywhere trying to get tix to see GNR in a small value after so long, there will be enough people who don't care which day of the week the shows are on, which will result in an insane demand for these tix.

I am thinking of trying to get down there from Toronto for the show on the 15th, but getting a ticket will not be easy. I will try to order a pair when they go on sale, but I do think they will be sold out within 5 minutes. Any Torontonians that want to head down as a group, we should discuss the idea.

that said, even if i dont have a ticket (which would be sad) i will gladly meet up with people in the city for drinks before the show. i know there are some good, cheap, and non-uptight bars over on the west side a few blocks away that people would probably enjoy (near hell's kitchen area)

I believe that was mentioned, but I would prefer that you have freewill to look at the list and see who needs tix, and choose who you trust to make a deal with instead of going from the top of the list.

I'm going to try to buy some tickets, but regardless can I get 2 tickets from anyone for the monday show (floor prefered)?

About the Toronto thing, I'm pretty sure that I can drive down so if anyone needs a ride. ?I'll confirm by this monday (well before tix go on sale).

Does anyone know if there are rules about buying tickets out of area. ?Like, can I go to a Toronto Ticketmaster and buy tickets for the New York show? ?If you can, it might be really easy for out of towners to get tickets cause there won't be lineups at the locations.
