i want 1 ticket for each show AND 1 extra ticket for 1 of the shows

i will try myself to book the tickets for the 17th (with an extra one so i could "trade") and ofcourse also the 15th after that...but i don't think i will have that much time

The best we can do is to just all have our credit cards ready as well as getting 1-2 friends who will be cool enough to call or log in online to buy tickets at the same time. The more people trying to get tickets, the better chance of scoring them. I work in the home loans industry, I have access to 8 computers, every loan officer in my office will be signing onto ticketmaster and my boss is letting me use the company credit cards for the transactions.

I'm hoping I can at least score 8 to each show, which would mean I'd have at least 8 extra.. hopefully we can all come together and make this thing work.

I'd like to see everyone on that list get in.

We have 7 days to prepare, everyone clear their damn credit cards this week!!!!

since i'm ordering from outside of US, don't i have the "problem" of having to id myself with creditcard and picture id to pick up the tickets? i know i had to for the 2002 tour (which got cancelled..). i hope someone can answer this.

For International Orders Only - Tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the cardholder with original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID with signature such as a government issued ID, driver's license or passport.

so if i can get an extra ticket i won't be able to exchange it with someone untill de day of the gig (or a couple of days before since i'm planning to make it a short holiday)

The tempest is a cool bar, I was there last week, it's on 30th and 8th avenue... You have the blarney near the manhattan mall which is 33rd between 6th and 7th ave.....

the Blarney Rock is a cool bar. not trendy, not too overpriced, and i've always had a good time in there. good amount of space for a crowd of people too.

Stout is right next door, which is cool as well. a little pricier, but a great beer selection, and good food.

both bars are about 2 blocks away from the hammerstein.

You may want to wait before booking flights to NY.  Please rememer that the chances of getting tickets to these shows are going to be hard and far and few between.  You will still be able to book your flight after Friday.

I'm assuming that most people in Europe aren't going to come over given that they can see them two weeks later at Rio, for alot cheaper.

I do agree though, not quite as exciting and memorable.  I was just trying to give advice to people short on cash.
I'm not sure why there is any doubt that everyone here is goign to get tickets. We're all going to try and get extras so I don't see how it can't work out.
