I was gonna buy one but I won't risk getting the worst seats in the venue.

I'd like to get a standing ticket but if it doesn't happen I won't fly to Paris to see a show from the top of the world.

I'd rather get one from Ebay, pay a bit more, and make sure it's a standing ticket.

Standing (floor tickets) are available: 39.80 euros. They're called Cat. 2 (Cat?gorie 2).

Plus, it was selling very fast at first so they're adding more floor tickets. Now about 2300 available.

I don't think half of 17,000 tickets were bought by "C.E"s...If that's the case, I would like to know the source for that information. Smiley It's true CEs in France buy a lot of tickets, but I would say they maybe have 3,000, not many more...

"Half" is just a guess by me. I don't have a source for that. But there are hundreds of CEs in France, and they buy maybe approx 30 tickets each. You do the math. When I see that I arrived so early I could get golden square tickets but seats in the wings (closest to the scene) were unavailable, my conclusion is that they were never made available, ie they were reserved. If you add tickets from the other categories as well, that's a hell of a lot of tickets.
It kind of pisses me off that non-hardcore fans will get the best seats, and at a discount price to boot, but I guess there's not much I can do about it....

I bought mine on Ticketnet, and the carr? d'or is not really close to the stage in terms of angle. Strangely enough, they seem to have positioned it center side. There are better seats than that in the wings.
What do you mean by "good seats" exactly? Do you remember what section it was (non carre or seats I mean)?

OK. The problem is that the number of the row doesn't really mean shit if the angle is bad. That's why I was asking about the section. The best sections are O and F (each side of the stage). And they were never put on sale.

After a bit of research, it seems that a handful of people managed to get tickets in the O and F sections, but not in the first few rows apparently.
The thing is, I panicked a little when I took mine, so I didn't really take the time to check my section and my row. All I saw was an approximate positioning on the map. I figured carr? d'or tickets could only be good. Now I'm looking forward to receiving them to know where I'll be located exactly  Grin

What does 19 41 mean?  Huh  I mean, 19 is row 19 I suppose, but 41?  Anyway, I already have my carr? or tickets, I'm not changing now. Plus I need two contiguous seats for me and my bf  Undecided

Even though I'm not the one who said it, tickets did go on sale at 10 AM on fnac.com. Nothing was said about ticketnet.fr....
