At the moment my faves are Madagascar and Rhiad.
But I can't pick an all time fave. I love them all with nearly no exception.

[wow] As people say it always changes but November rain has to be the best, so poetic and soulfull.
They are playin it on the music channels loads at the moment (not that im complainin). Ive only ever seen the videos for November rain, sweet child of mind and you could be mine. I should download some, dam it in fact i will now.
Funny how all Guns N' Roses fans prefer the use your illusion material to the appatite stuff which is what is know best by the public.

I agree with most of you. Depending of your mood and day you pick a favorite one.
One of my favorites is "COMA". I love the ups and downs, the intensity of this song (and best of all, 11 minutes that go like water!) [ok]

ESTRANGED......because
1. Great lyrics.
2. Great vocals.
3. AMAZING GUITAR SOLOS............SLASH IS A BEAST!!!!
Without the great guitar work, it would of not been that great.

I can't believe I read through this entire thread without finding a single Don't Damn Me.
You must have been scanning lightly, not reading. Check this out from page 2, written in January.....

I love this band's work so much the question hurts my brain. [crying] And I completely agree with those who say they can't pick one, or those that have favorites for different moods. Since I'm a pretty miserable person, Estranged and Coma tie for the mood I'm in most of my adult life. However, my choice for favorite G N' R song is...
DON'T DAMN ME
Starts with a classic Slash riff, great emotional/ranty lyrics showing Axl's range, awesome bridge, and really one of the few Illusions-era songs that still had that Appetite-punch.
It has the feeling of one of the last true songs made by a band rather than a group of individuals who had grown sick of each other--not Axl controlled, Slash dominated, or Izzy sabotaged.

I've been listening a lot to So fine lately.
Kinnda forgot about that song, but I think it's really great.
Not the best GNR song, but it's something about it, don't know what.
