he is making a joke about them both being drug users.
Anywho...favorite track of mine is coma. I love that song. To me you can actually pick out where it stops being just another cool song and becomes a masterpiece. It's right when slash does the solo and then u have the bitches and then Axl just brings it all home with the coolest ending to any song ever in my opinion. Awesome track, wish it was on the USA live era.
