That and the lack of solos on St Anger.  For better or worse, Kirk Hammett has influenced alot of young guitar players who look up to him.  It's a shame that those players couldn't hear their favorite players solos.

Nah, it's just an objective observation. None of my friends like it, and barely anyone on message boards does either. There's always one or two guys from a huge crowd who like the album, but they never constitute more than 10% of the people.

I'd call it closer to a fact than an opinion, because my own view does not affect the outcome.

If you don't like the album, that's fine, but music is subjective so I hate things like this being stated as fact when they are clearly not.
