The 15 second clip of "This I Love" is pretty well recorded and has a decent drummer but I can hear a slight "skip" at 0:08. That's odd.

But it sounds like a pro recording so someone should know the band if it's fake.

I found that "One Kills, One Lives" song on limewire and when I listened to it I heard Bad Obsession.

 ? ?a part of me is hoping this won't be the case with this one, but i've seen enough Chinese Democracy torrents that had some horribly obvious and uncreative fakes...aahhhh, only time will tell...(and judging by my u-torrent, that time will clock in at about 9weeks, adn a couple of days ?)

I think the song order makes it look fake... and the song lengths.. if you notice it has Madagascar clocking in at a higher megabyte rate than TWAT.. meaning MAddy would be the longer song.

Lets just say for arguments sake its real...The song order could be diffent on the final album theres no proof this is or would be final song list...we have no idea how long the final version of twat will be..i mean november rain clocked in at very diffrent time lengths durring it journey to UYI...so all the songs can have diffrent length then we've seen or could be completely diffrent then we heard....btw i think its fake but this just shows we know absolutely nothing concrete about the album. ?

Obviously we would not expect an EXACT match, but it's unlikely that (for example) they decided to double the length of Madagascar.    It's possible but exceedingly unlikely that this IS really Chi-Dem and there have just been a whole bunch of wholesale changes to the songs.
