Is the long anticipated Guns N' Roses album Chinese Democracy in the process of leaking to the Internet? I have seen several references to a 13 track file appearing online today, but as yet I have no feedback or first hand knowledge if this is the finished product, more demos or a ruse!

The following tracks are listed as comprising the album: 01 I.R.S. . 02 The Catcher In The Rye . 03 So . 04 Madagascar . 05 T.W.A.T. I doubt it'll happen, and hope it doesn't, but will admit I'd be excited to hear them if it does.

I think some people have the new tracks. ?It is just a matter of time, now that it is out of Axl's hands. ?Axl can't keep them secret if other people have access to the cd.

i think the first sign that it is bullshit is that axl said they are still shuffling tracks around, which means mastering still hasnt happened.

the second sign is that it starts with I.R.S. which is obviously not an album opener. id beleive this if it was chinese democracy, and if better was one of the first three tracks.
