First of all let me appologies to mods and jarmo and feel free to give me some bad karma if I deserve. I don't post much. I read.

Now... wouldn't it be nice if we could move on now? Now that THE MAN has spoken, we know that there will be no reunion, new album will be out this year, Bucket is not in the band... And this (this) forum (section) still looks like a rumour-leaks-reunion-guitarist hell. I am aware that there are people that miss the old band. I am aware that there are people that miss Bucket. I am aware that only 20% of us will be happy and satisfied when CD comes out. That is life. And life sucks.

Still it would be nice if this (and I mean this section) is less talk, less rumours, less nonsense... Why can't we enjoy the moment? THE MAN has spoken. He didn't speak that much in 15 years. Things look good. Things feel good.

THERE WAS A TIME, but that time has passed... Now there are some other times. Did you hear Axl saying the people that are in the band enjoy it actually? That they are glad they are in the band. So if it is worth the wait for them, why can't we just sit, relax and enjoy...

Just looking at latest topics in here I get a headache... Man behind leaks, New guitarist, Izzy is back...?

I'll be there at 31st in Budapest. Hope most of you will have a chance to see G&R again. Sooner or later. As I said things feel good this time. I can feel some emotions again... and you? Enjoy the moment, relax, live your life...

The only thing I kinda agree with is this: prior to Friday night EVERYONE and the brother were bitching about how Axl owes us all these explinations. So he goes on radio on whim and gives us all the answers we're looking for (save the new guitarists name) and everyone is STILL pissed? WTF?

I really don't jump in and discuss all this speculation (I rarely post here) but I would like to say that seeing is believing with Guns N Roses. 

As far as I'm concerned, even if it comes straight out of Axl's mouth, I won't believe it until I see it.  If he had said on the Trunk show, "Yes, the entire original lineup is back together" I still would not believe it until May 12th.  It's always been the case with Guns N Roses that no matter who says what, anything can happen.

Nothing wrong with discussing, but discussing retarded things like "a reunion this year is still likely!" and "album in the fall? I prefer rumors of a summer release than Axl's words. Rumors are more reliable anyway" and the like is just...well, retarded. I think those that still complain after this interview are just so used to nothing ever happening for years and years that they don't know how to react to good news. They'll keep bitchin', etc. for long after the album is out because it's the only thing they know how to do. They can't help it really, they're just products of their environment. ?

I agree 95%.  We should get away from rumoring topics that we know to be false, but shouldn't stop some of the threads altogether.  The nonsense is what makes the board at times.  You need excess fat on a board in order to "keep it real."  Otherwise, we've seen the product of the lackof at other boards, which is why most of us are here and not there.

I agree with you Velimir 101%. I Also am getting tired of seeing these topics. Slash is gone, Hes not comming back, GTFO if you think otherwise.

If we did what you suggested we wouldn't have forums. There's nothing to do but speculate! We hear there will be a new guitarist. What should we do? We should exchange ideas about who it could be, what we want, and how they will fit into the band. If we didn't do that, there wouldn't be a forum! Rumors...we discuss rumors to sort things out, hopefully before this "soon" of eternity so we can have our minds at peace. If we didn't do that, we wouldn't have a forum! Do you want us to sit in here and say, "This is great. Yay!" and not try to intrepret Axl's comments or look into the actions of this machine called gnr? Sure, there's bs topics. But the bs topics are the one's saying "Scott's gay" or "How should Axl where his hair?" not the topics that say "Who should be the guitarist?" and "Release date rumors" topics. those are relevant.

The forum exists to give us a place to exchange ideas and speculations with one another. If you don't want that, then what do you want?
