I like A minor more so than C major

« on: May 06, 2006, 12:48:46 PM »

Axl basically said other people kinda prodded and pushed him into doing the 2002 thing....

im very optimistic this time around, as Axl seems very happy with doing this, whereas maybe he wasn't as happy, or ready, to do this in 2002.

so since Axl feels good and RIGHT about this, i think its fair to say we will see a great tour, have a great album, interviews, videos...etc. etc.

Finally, Axl Rose is back....the right Axl Rose...at the right time!

No, that was the "look alike." They took some of Axl's DNA and mixed a little Pepsi in it to make the 2002 Axl.

yeah he definitely seems more optimistic this time around, i mean at the mtv awards, hes talking about touring with the CD no where in sight, thats not the best way to get positive media attention.  now he's saying fall release followed by a tour, if that is true, the 2006 into 2007 will be huge for gnr, and i think once cd gets released everything will fall into place, like the snow ball effect.

He has sung this tune before. basically this is the same story he told in '02. Hopefully, he will be in top form...

i think weve had the impression all along that axl wasnt ready for the 02 shows.although he did say that he was glad they did it as it made the band connect and feel like a band.if they hadnt then that would have been a lonnnng time for the guys to sit back and just record GNR albums, they probebly wouldav bailed 1 by 1.i think pressured and persuaded were the words axl used,i dont think ANYONE can force axl to do anything  Grin .
