I'm a bit dissapointed that Chinese Democracy will only be 1 CD. That rumored 3 CD set would have been amazing, but I mean, I'm not going to complain, it's Chinese fucking Democracy and it may finally be coming out.

Did anyone understand - better than I did, at least - how Democracy will be one CD, yet they're finishing the third CD of material?

im assuming that he means chinese democracy will be one cd.

then he will release another album in a year or so of more material and itll probably be called something else (maybe this will be where he uses some of those other rumoured album titles like 2000 intentions).

then after all the hoopla is over with that second one he will but out another new album of material.

i dont know why people keep just assuming it will all be chinese democracy.

He likes Priest better than Maiden, but prefers Maiden's first album. (I truly didn't like this part)

Axl's first choice for the '91 tour was N.W.A..  (was this already known?).  When that didn't happen, Skid Row was called in.

Ancient news.? The caviar story was a repeat, too.? So was Axl's interest in W.A.S.P.? Smiley

We learned that Axl had a different idea for the Sweet Child video but it was stopped by the record company (He said he was being serious but he can't have been!).

I dont like the fact that they rehearsed Nightrain and then was getting ready to play Paradise City to finish up.
Maybe they are going to play the same setlist as they did in 2002? But then again its ok if  they put some new song in there too peace

the thing im most excited about is Izzy possibly making some apperances. for as long as ive been a fan i thought only 1 thing was certin: Izzy would never have anything to do with Axl again. since this possibility exsist, it is my opinion that a original reunion is possible one day in the FAR future. put only POSSIBLE and not PROBABLE.

anyway, im just overwhelmed to know Axls in an interview again. i hope i get to hear it if someone records it. and Bach rules too!!! peace

I thought the same thing. I mean him and the other people in the room were agreeing with everything Axl said, giving him his space and everything, which was cool, but you could tell they were star struck.

As for Bach? heh, you gotta get your name out it lights some how right?

It's funny how Axl just interupted everything that Baz said. LAWL

Yeah, I don't get everyone bitching about Sebastian, he was hilarious.

You shouldn't expect Axl to just walk in there and talk for an hour and a half straight about what he's been doing the past 10 years. Obviously there has to be a couple of interesting personalities in there to keep things moving, for the sake of entertaining radio...

anyways I enjoyed listening to this. some funny stories.
If anyone annoyed me, it'd be Eddie, but overall a good show.

here's what I learned:

Axl is a damn funny guy. great sense of humour and seems like a generally nice guy!
He seems to be serious about touring and releasing an album this year.
I also learned lots of awesome stories about the old days, hilarious stuff Grin
David Lee Roth refusing Bret Michaels to sit down with DLR, Bach and Axl was maybe my favourite one! hihi

NO, no. no

No it's not ok. They have to sprinkle a few new songs here and there. I don't even care if an album will only come out in a year or two.

Well, be happy about Baz being there, he's the only reason why Axl showed up there in the first place Wink
