Axl on Trunk: what did we learn?

We learned that Sebastian punched Izzy's brother for calling him a homo. Great stuff!

But most importantly, as stated above, we will (hopefully, knock on wood) see Chinese Democracy this fall. 

That's the one thing I've been wanting to hear. Axl's own words regarding a release date. I hope it's the real deal this time around.

Uhm, in 2001 Axl told us the album were going to be released in the summer of 2001.

Axl said about the European tour "Yeah about 30 something shows there" currently there are only about 22 shows announced, now if there are doing the 9 or so UK dates then that would make more sence about what Axl said.

Chinese Democracy will be one CD.

To be released in "the fall...late fall...definitely this year."

Brian May played on CITR demo, may not be on the finished CD.

There is no reunion.

Brain is still on drums.

There is a new, unannounced 3rd guitarist.

ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS: ...has the new guitarist joined Gn'R for live shows only, or is he in the band to help write new material and most important or all, has the new guitartist performed on CD. Most important of all, has Buckethead's material remained in tact on CD, i really hope so. There's only 6 months left of this year so soon is da word!

i dont think he meant in the band.   He meant he might make an appearance, proly for a song or two kinda thing.  And sounds like it depends on if Izzy decides to show up.

Yep I suggested a few days ago that Izzy might appear for one song and have a jam. After all these years I think Izzy is cool to do this with Axl. Would be cool if he came on for a song!

I'm a bit dissapointed that Chinese Democracy will only be 1 CD. That rumored 3 CD set would have been amazing, but I mean, I'm not going to complain, it's Chinese fucking Democracy and it may finally be coming out.
