Guys finally after 3 weeks I got a reply today regarding Guns N Roses involvement on Da Vinci Code Soundtrack.
Here is the reply, just to share it with you guys.

Hi Howard,

So Sorry for the late replay--I had this forwarded to an incorrect email address.

Anyway, by now, on the www.davincicodemusic.com website we have up the an outside song "Celice" will be used along with the Zimmer soundtrack.

This is the best source I know of for reliable information (imdb--link is above) Who knows, they may spring a suprise and have more outside music.  Or the Guns & Roses track might be on the soundtrack and not in the movie itself.  We'll see.  Thanks for writing,

The "Celice" song is by A-ha, and is pretty good. This will be the second time A-ha is appearing on a major motion picture, the first was the theme song for the James Bond movie "The Living Daylights".

I work at a Sony Store, if it's coming out next week we'll get it in our shipments today. I'll look for it and try to post later today if something is on the tracklisting we should all get excited about!

I have a friend that can get a copy of the DVD before it hits theaters or the movie festivals (17th).  I'll let you know by the end of the weekend as to what is actually in the movie.

The only thing that makes me think there is something to this is the timing.

The movie is coming out in the same week as the NYC shows so it couldn't be better really....

Again, lets point out they weren't on the actual Soundtrack of T2, either.

Just to give you all the heads up...

CTV in Canada is having a 2 hour speacial on The Da Vinci Code next week...

Could be nothing more than fuel to the fire, I know...but a soundtrack, a new TV special, and finally new Gn'R shows is kind of coincidental.. peace

That's the score. They may release a soundtrack of songs or a split soundtrack too. But there's no chance GNR will be on it anyway so.
