I think it would create a riot, considering the audience that will be there. Unless it's in stores before the shows, i doubt it.

I certainly wouldn't expect it but, after all this time, it definitely would be a nice thing to see.

Not too sure I'd be a fan of that. ?I didn't pay to hear a bunch of songs I don't know. ?I don't mind a few songs from CD, but a whole show of CD songs would disappoint me.

Just out of curiosity:

What if they did a 3+ hour show?

CD bookended by all the classics you know and love?  So..an hour of classic GnR....play CD...and another hour of classic GnR?

I mean..of the reported 13 tracks on CD, there's a good possibility we know 7 of em (CD, Maddy, Blues, TWAT, IRS, CITR, Better)..which only leaves 6 songs we don't know.

Green day did it with American idiot and the crowds went nuts....

I wouldn't mind that at all, but I'm not holding out for a 3+ hour show.  However, if they did play for 3 hours that would be fucking amazing!!!

i would kill for a gig like that. imagine guns n roses opening with 2 old songs then playing CD from start to finish and then closing with 3 old songs and axl revealing the release date drool

of course i am dreaming but still...

I'd like that. Also, I support the idea of playing one or two of the NY shows using all new material.
