bullet for my valentine's music definetly doesnt impress me.? it would be cool to have weezer or a7f, but the good news is guns n roses is playing after

Yeah, it's one of the few things we have going for us!? I would have liked Silvertide, but then again, most GNR fans want no opener at all.

Silvertide opened for VR when I saw them but I missed Silvertide cause I was at the VR meet and greet. I heard they're great live though.

Shocked SILVERTIDE opened for VR?! THAT'S AWESOME!!! I wish I was at that show, what state was that in and when? When I saw Velvet Revolver for the first time was before the album came out in NYC at Roseland Ballroom where the Living Things opened and got booed off stage.

I saw them a 2nd time at Jones Beach where Hoobastank opened and they blew chunks too

And then I saw them a 3rd time at Starland for New Years Eve 06' where some strippers opened up...and they sucked as well...not literally though

But I saw Silvertide open up for Motley Crue at Jones Beach and I had no clue who they were and they blew me away. They have such a good 80's hard rock sound to them.

I saw VR here at the State Theatre in Detroit. Silvertide was opening but my Sony rep came through and I got to meet Slash, Dave, Duff & Matt before the show so I missed Silvertide completely. The guys were SUPER nice so it made it for it and I have an autographed poster to show for it so I guess I'll catch Silvertide some other time!

That's awesome dude. I have a sony rep as well and I've interviewed bands like mudvayne, flyleaf, and anti-flag, but I'd trade that all in the meet the guys from VR. That's so cool.

Honestly they were some of the most down to Earth, coolest dudes you could imagine. I was shocked. My brother and I actually mentioned to Duff that we'd read he'd finished up school and so on and he seemed really flattered that we knew that and seemed really proud of it.

Don't you think that you need somebody?

Bullet for My Valentine's guitar work is sick!  The vocals are so generic though.  Only their guitar work sets them apart.  Still better than CKY and Mixmaster Mike though.  And BFMV are better than Avenged Sevenfold.
