Maybe they're playing it on the 12th becuase of the irony involved when, towards the end, Slash basically says the odds of a reunion are slim to none.

Sorry.  I couldn't resist the urge to inject some sort of reunion rumor into this thread, as it was practically the only one in existence that doesn't already mention it in some way.  I'm surprised someone hadn't beaten me to it, really.

And while I'm at it, I think the third guitarist will be Billy Corgan in black robe/Uncle Fester mode.

Adding a post-script to the VH1 segment would be a good way to publicize any information that would become known the night of a show, such as line-up changes or, say, an album release date.

I didn't see it like that at all. It's a fairly non-biased view of the story of GN'R.

Honestly, how do you figure?

I mean...how can you have an unbiased view of the story of GnR without 1/2 the story?

Now, I certainly wouldn't go so far as to say BTM sucked dick.  It was certainly informative and interesting.  And it was interesting to some of the other perspectives, for sure.

But I left feeling like 1/2 the pieces to the puzzle were missing....'cause without Axl's version of events, without that whole side of the story, we're missing a great deal of information.
