yeah but his drumming sucks and really holds back the rest of the band except for the occasionally brilliant moment like the you could be mine intro. his backbeat is so mechanical and the backbeat could make or break a song! Adler had so much swing man Cry but his drumming would've problably not fit the illusion records. Anyway, Tommy Lee is just fuckin incredible! listen to "Til Death do us part" from the 1994 record with John Corabi...somewhere John Bonham is smiling when he hears that!

I agree with everything except one thing. I think Adler playing on the UYI's would have sounded better! ok
Matt is a great timekeeper for sure, but like you said, it's too mechanical. I like it loose and funky.
but anyways, Matt is a good rock drummer and he seems like a nice guy. Ive heard him several times on Camp Freddy radio, always seems like a very friendly chap there!

its set people, the 'suprise' for GnR is that slash is back in the band, and there going to have two new drummers and get rid of brain!!lol!! rofl

tommy is cool, matt looks like he wants to be a model (i saw him entering a vr concert with a burberry scarf) and slash is cool but doesnt want to be there by the looks, probaly the wife troubles

Slash is kinda looking like Ron Jeremy these days.  I used to have a picture of the two of them together at one of Ron Jeremy's parties (and if you don't know what happens at Rony Jeremy's parties, then well...).
