3. My contact says that GH2 has nothing to do with CD, he thinks GH2 will sell good even
if/or not CD will ever be released.

Universal are collecting the "sales estimates" for a GH2 record (from all continents)
When they have recived all these figures then they will decide if it?s possible to
make some money on a GH 2 release.
CD release fells very far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very far away Ha? Didn't your contact say CD had nothing to do with GH2.  I thought so too from the beginning of this thread, and I still think so. GH2 will sell far better if CD release is announced beforehand. |

Basically the sqeez is on big time for some sort of announcement on the state of play with regard to a new guns record.
I still bet we will get an announcement shortly .This to me is solid proof that there is in fact no gh2 in writing at least.
Not so long ago things looked fairly good but i tell u all what if gh2 is ever released it's the end of mr rose ................................................................................................... .......................................Some say 2002 was the end ...17 days to find out.

Doesnt this make sense that was what was being mastered in November (a double CD - Welcome to the Jungle- Guns N Roses Greatest Hits was scheduled for release on December 20) and what we might see in the next month or two?
I think we are going to get this is as a prelude to CD with the caveat being that WTTJ contains 2-3 new songs filling out a 2 CD compilation (that we have already heard like Madagascar, the Blues and CD title track) as a teaser to CD which will come out later this year.
What do you think?

If it is coming as a better format than 80s or 90s GNR cds soon after the CD release date is announced or a new song is released, it may make a good appetizer for some while waiting.

mygnrforum.com I know it was talked about before but here it is again. I just got back from Hastings(its a big music/dvd store. They have a little search computer and I searched for Guns N' Roses. Weeeell on about page 11 it had Greatest Hits 2 and the Ultimate Best Of Guns N' Roses listed to come out on June 6th 2006 which is a date many have mentioned because of the Friday the 13th appearance. Amazon actually has a pic.? It says "collector's box"? but the number of disks is 1.? Don't boxes usually have more than 1 disk?
