Some notes:

It was like a "rock-night" because there were two openers. The first band Crazy Lixx was awesome, sounded a bit like Hollywood Rose. The second openers was Glorious Bankrobbers, and they didn't really were my style. They are an old Swedish band I think.

Then Gilby had his own opener. A guitar player just standing there soling to some backing track.

Gilby started with a rocking Monkey Chow but I don't think the audience knew it was a Snakepit song.
Gilby said he was happy to be in Europe again, and mentioned that the other guys in the band had never been to Sweden. They also joked about not knowing how to pronounce "V?xj?".

Muddy sang a song from the Col.Parker album and he is a really talented bass player and can sing too.

Chad banged hard on the drums and sang some harmonies, he also did a little drum solo.

The setlist I took a photo of is not complete I think, he played a couple of more tunes.

I shook Gilby's hand and my friend got a guitar pick. We waited outside for a bit but was too tired (clock was 2 am and I had a 120 km drive ahead) to wait more.

The whole night was a great and I will remember it for a long time. The best song was Tijuana Jail.

Well, that was all for now. Thanks Gilby for coming to Sweden!

The legendary guitarist said that he does have some contact with Guns n' Roses singer Axl Rose, however.

"I've actually sent him Christmas cards, just to be cordial, but he never returns anything."

He did the solos, but he didn't play them like Slash. Gilby did his own versions, pretty good too imo.

And he also did some of the reggae part on KOHD  Smiley

Yes, but they have had bands like Entombed and Love/Hate. But it's weird.
