He was out of contract at this time. If you remember he left to work with NIN and Dave Navarro was guitarist on Oh My God. He rejoined in 2000. That says 01 2000 which means January 2000.

EDIT: He is there with Jerome Dillon from NIN so of course he was with NIN at the time.
