I agree Mike.  I wonder if that is why Axl wrote CITR?  At some point, Jarmo might want to weed out some of the folks that seem to be stalkers, for the bands safety.  It creeps me out, and I think the board should focus on music, and not personal shit.

ummm...do u live under a rock?  Don't you know one of the biggest money machine today is celebrity gossip?  It's on every channel and newstand.  Celebrities are just figure heads...someone to "look up to" (it goes back to tribal days where we had a head honcho that we looked up to, but now we live isolated lives and hide behind computer screens...so we don't socialize as much)...it's very pathetic, I know, but we live in a pathetic/superficial society at the moment. Think back...no one cared about who JFK slept w/...but now...it's what we're consumed w/ (the infamous Clinton era)....
I wouldnt' be too concerned about the mentality of most ppl here...we're just curious creatures lookin for some kicks

If Axl Rose loves NYC so much (which he always has since the 1980s when he played in numerous clubs here) why doesn't he buy a damn place here? He can't buy a mansion here, it'd be an apartment, but it could be the way to return to the people and a full time member of the civilized world again (not a Here Today, Gone Tomorrow kind of person).

Come to think of it, I have an open invitation to him since I give tours of NYC on the Double Decker Buses (Best Tour in NYC) that if he and his band want, I'll hook em up with a tour around Manhattan. It'd be a pleasure, since he's the inspiration behind it.

But seriously, I think life would be better for Axl here than being pent up away in his California mansion. Its also known that celebrities lead healthier family and personal lives here in NYC for the most part than in the gated communities of Cali.

UPDATE:

It has been speculated that Axl Rose ate breakfast sometime this morning between 9am and 10:30am EST. This is extremely out of character for the elusive rocker, who rarely gets on the bus before 11, let alone shows up at a midtown diner. The offending breakfast plate seems to have been a stack of blueberry pancakes. No word yet on if syrup was applied.

Our reporter on the scene has given word that we should expect a bowel movement around 6 or 7PM this evening.
