Fake 'Doctor' Offers Door-To-Door Breast Exams
 

(CBS) LAUDERDALE LAKES People are often annoyed at door-to-door sales people, but they were downright offended at what one man was offering to women who answered his knock. Police say the man went door-to-door carrying a doctor?s bag and offering free breast examinations, and actually got two women to take him up on his offer.

WFOR-TV is reporting that 76 year old William Winikoff of Coconut Creek, Florida has been arrested for his free breast exams, after two women, both in their 30?s, agreed to allow him to examine their breasts in their apartments, after representing himself as a doctor making a house call.

Carrying a black ?doctor?s? bag, investigators claim Winnikoff walked up to a apartment building and told a 36-year-old woman, that he was in the neighborhood offering free breast exams.

According to police, the woman let Winikoff into her apartment and the phony doctor began the exam, touching first her breasts, and then, her genitals.

The woman quickly realized that Winikoff was not a real doctor and she called 911, but the fake doctor had already left her apartment to find another victim; a 33 year old woman who lives in the same apartment complex.

Winikoff had ?examined? her, and left by the time deputies caught up with him just on the street a short distance from the apartment building. Investigators say both women claimed he was a doctor, and both women say he gave them a most unusual ?examination?. He was arrested, and faces charges of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct.

As bizarre as the Winikoff?s story is, investigators believe the two women assaulted today may not be the first to fall for the phony breast exam scheme, and they are asking anyone who may have taken advantage of Winnikoff?s ?examinations? to contact the Broward Sheriffs? Office.

I just can't believe 2 adult women were stupid enough to let some old guy grab their boobs.  Is the prospect of getting something for free so attractive that they can't think straight?  Would they have bragged to their friends later about how they got a free breast exam?  Weird!

No one can say the US is a boring place! Yea people might bash it here in England, but they can NOT EVER SAY that its a boring place!

Personally I'm really pissed off with everyone who bashes America, saying that everyone there is just stupid and fat and over-the-top. rant

Well ya know what, there are people like that in EVERY country!!! Not JUST America! America may have a higher amount of people like that BUT... AMERICA IS BIGGER!!! So of COURSE there are gunna be more!
I still think that England has a higher percentage of stupid, fat and OTT people though.
