We now have THREE chances at getting tickets...
1. password at 9.am thursday
2. live nation will open a link at 11am thursday..no password
3. worst case...general onsale..10am Friday.. they are usually not allowed to sell out during a presale

The password is in numbers and letters of upper case and lower case
so the best bet is to look at the pw in your email and type it exactly as you see it there. that should work.

don't let out info about the password. how you see it in your email is how you should type it when you buy the tickets.

It would be kinda amusing if we all had individual passwords and you tried to buy tickets and you got a message saying: "I am sorry but your designated time was 9:02am and 38 tenths of a second and you signed on at 9:03am" Actually, I'd cry

Well i got it... Didnt notice the time of it at first... But regardless the second the leaks came out im sure their were plenty of scalpers who registered. They will get to it, just as any other presale in the history of presales.
The best way to handle a presale is through an actual fan club that cost money. The only effective presale ive ever seen was nin arena tour this past fall. They did it through a fan club that costed 30-60 dollars, and everyone who wanted a ticket got it. Ticketmaster presales dont really work.

I think I did a ticketmaster presale with GNR for 2002 tour and I got my ticket but then the whole thing canceled anyway and so was my concert. But getting the presale password and a ticket was not hard.

With that nin fan club presale, they printed your name on the ticket as well, and u had to show id.

I think ticketmast fucked up, this password shouldnt have gone out so early. You wont get a reply from Jarmo or Mysteron for at least another 4 or 5 hours as its nighttime in Europe at the moment, try not to overload them with uneccessary PMs or posts, they have done so much for the Gnr community, dont do the typical GnR thing and piss people who have connections off! People knew the rules..... if you didnt meet the criteria and have just joined dont expect the password.
And dont email Merck, its almost midnight in NY!
Hopefully ticketmaster will change the password, they should give it to Jarmo or Mysteron and then get them to send it, they can then email it out at 8:30 on thursday morning!
