I can't describe how excited I am at the possibility of seeing GNR May 15th. ?The day before, we will be celebrating my son's 3rd birthday...he's getting his first bicycle!!! ?I picked it up today. ?Does it get any better than this? ?I can't wait to see everybody in NYC. ?I'll be heading up from Delaware if I am lucky enough to get tickets. ?If, in the horrible tragedy I don't get tickets, I'm hoping folks here at HTGTH can help me out. ?I'll be doing the same to help board members out as well. ? ?

Hey guys, I've been coming to this board for as long as I can remember but never really posted before. ?I live on Long Island, about an hour from NYC. ?I take the train to the city quite often and know it pretty well. ?The Hammerstein Ballroom is pretty close to Penn Station, which is one of the main train terminals in the city, where Long Island Railroad and Amtrak trains depart from and arrive. ?I don't know whos taking the train in for the show but if you are you can send me an IM or email and maybe we can meet up at the station. ?I am planning on going to the May 15th show. ?

I am definetly planning to go to at least one of the shows. ?I can't believe I missed out on the pre-sale. ?I am just reading the thread for it now, the one day I don't log on here I fuckin miss out on everything. ?Does anyone know if they are still taking anybody for the pre-sale. ?I've been a member on the board for a while now, I obviously don't post much just lurk around for news. ?

I was plannin on having two people try to get tix for me on Friday since I'm at work. ?I was hoping I would have a chance at getting tix, but now it seems there is no chance with two pre-sales. ?I live right in North Jersey usually take the path right into the city, so I will probably try to go right up until showtime. ?If anyone has any tix I am definetly interested, since I will probably have to scalp now. ? ?

I work a block away from hammerstein, so its not really a big challenge for me to get there, i plan on just walking over after work. I intend on going, i registed for that pre pre pw thingy but never got it. Its probably gonna be leaked anyway.

THey shouldnt be sold out just from the presales.. Im from North jersey too. I plan on being there. Im just gonna order or go get the tickets when they go on sale.

how late do the trains run?? I've got a hotel in Newark, NJ and want to know if I'll be able to stay in the city late and catch the train back.

I'm not 100% sure but I think the trains and busses are 24/7. Just when it gets real late they don't run as much.  This website might help you out   http://www.njtransit.com/

Path trains run late and goes to newark penn, NJ Transit does not, especially on a weekday night...

Providing the Pre Pre Sale thing works for me and I get my two tickets for the 15th, I will be there. Going to leave Colchester VT on Saturday to go to Plattsburgh NY for an auto race ( I am a photographer ) and then will leave for NYC from there Saturday nite.  Going to spend a few days in NYC taking in the sites, ain't been to NYC since like 96 or so.

Can't wait to meet up with so many die hard fans!!

Path trains run all night long bro. ?It's just that at night they run about a half hour or hour so in between, ?path train stops in Newark too.
